Terms of Use

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of this ecosystem, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

These Terms apply to the main portfolio site, experimental services, standalone apps promoted from Labs, administrative tools, content APIs, and related subdomains or routes controlled by Efekan Kalkan, unless a service expressly states that separate terms apply.

You may use the public-facing services only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. If a service allows sign-in or account-based features, you are responsible for the activity that occurs through your account or device.

You may not impersonate another person, circumvent access controls, or use credentials, tokens, sessions, or private routes that you are not authorized to use.

You agree not to misuse the services. This includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with infrastructure, scraping protected areas, abusing APIs, reverse engineering private functionality, distributing malware, evading technical restrictions, or using the services in a way that harms availability, integrity, or security.

You also agree not to use the services to violate platform rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other legal rights of others.

Some services within this ecosystem are experimental, in active development, or provided as a preview, prototype, or creative lab release. Features may change, break, move to a new subdomain, be discontinued, or be replaced without notice.

Availability, performance, compatibility, and long-term storage should not be assumed for experimental tools unless a service explicitly states otherwise.

Unless otherwise stated, the design, code, copy, graphics, interface elements, branding, logos, visual systems, layouts, custom assets, and other original materials in this ecosystem are owned by or licensed to Efekan Kalkan.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, train models on, or create derivative works from protected content without prior written permission, except where applicable law clearly allows it.

Open-source dependencies, embedded media, third-party marks, and credited content remain subject to their own licenses and owners.

If you submit information, content, feedback, bug reports, settings, playlists, profile data, or other materials through the services, you represent that you have the rights needed to do so.

You retain rights you already have in your own submissions, but you grant a limited right to host, store, process, display, transmit, and adapt those submissions only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the relevant service.

If you send voluntary feedback or suggestions, those may be used without any obligation to compensate you.

The services may rely on third-party hosting, database, authentication, analytics, media, or content platforms. Embedded or linked services may include providers such as Vercel, Supabase, Google, YouTube, Kick, Firebase, or other infrastructure and content vendors used by a specific project.

Third-party content and services are governed by their own terms, policies, and technical limitations. Efekan Kalkan is not responsible for third-party services, platform outages, policy changes, or content that is not directly controlled by this ecosystem.

Use of the services is also subject to the Privacy Policy. Where a project provides account features, local storage, analytics, uploads, or cloud-backed state, those data practices are described in the Privacy Policy and any project-specific notice.

If a separate project-specific privacy notice applies to a feature, that notice supplements this general policy.

Access to any service, account feature, private route, or admin tool may be limited, suspended, or terminated at any time if necessary to protect the services, comply with law, investigate abuse, or maintain security.

Content or accounts may also be removed where reasonably necessary for legal, technical, operational, or safety reasons.

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that any service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.

Portfolio content, experiments, and prototype tools are provided for general information, demonstration, and creative use. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, security, or other professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Efekan Kalkan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, business, or opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the services.

If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by that law.

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the ecosystem, legal obligations, service providers, or project functionality. The published "Last updated" date will show the latest revision.

Your continued use of the services after revised Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Questions about these Terms, requests related to a specific project, or legal notices should be sent through the public contact methods or social/contact links made available on efekan.xyz.

If your request relates to privacy or data protection, include enough detail to identify the relevant service, account, or subdomain.
